The increase of earthquakes frequency and their intensity has generated a study of the existing datas, since the tsunami that shaked the Indian Ocean on December 26th, 2004.
From this study results a fundamental discovery in order to forecast earthquakes, in three points :
1) The principal observation of seismic phenomena is not tectonic/telluric, but cosmic systemic.
2) The influence of a particular planetary body (not aknowledged by science so far) for the chain reaction when a seismic event is released with magnitude 6.0 and more, on the Richter Scala : the Planet Vulcan.
3) The use of the mathematical system based on number 12 instead of base 10.
